Gabriele oversee planning, public relations, sales and marketing activities, as well as product positioning, pricing strategy, contracts and competitive analysis for the collection. Additionally he is responsible for developing strategic market segments for the collection and generating awareness within those markets that include consumer leisure, SPA, MICE and vertical trade throughout Europe and the Americas.

Prior to joining Ragosta Hotels Collection Gabriele, a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, served as Business Development Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing at Hilton Sorrento Palace, Sorrento, Italy where he oversaw business development and sales and marketing for the hotel which included 377 guestrooms and suites, five restaurants, two lounges and congress centre.

His previous positions have included sales, marketing and operations positions at various luxury hotels and resorts throughout Italy such as: Royal Group Hotels & Resorts, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Six Continents, Bass Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel. Gabriele Ferola is a graduate of the Instituto Superiore di Educazione Fisica Naples and studied sales and management in Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom. He is a native of Sorrento, Italy and speaks fluent Italian, English and French
