As Group General Manager, Gianluca oversee the group's luxury portfolio. His responsibilities will also include oversight of sales and marketing activities on behalf of all properties, branding initiatives, and expansion and development projects.

Gianluca has spent the last 17 years in various hospitality positions ranging from food and beverage management to operations and revenue management. Gianluca held senior level management positions at first-class hotels and resorts. A native of the Sorrento Peninsula, Gianluca received his Diploma in Contemporary Studies and a Master's degree in Tourism and Management He is fluent in Italian, English and German.
