RUBIK'S CUBE

Ingredients

• 160gr apples
• 150gr bananas
• 120gr oranges
• 100gr kiwi
• 160gr pineapple
• 60gr strawberries

Preparation:
Cut each fruit, with exception of the strawberries, in 1 inch cm squares for a total of 27 squares.
Place the strawberries in a blender and blend and obtain a puree. Place a small amount of the strawberry puree on a serving plate and create a cube with the fruit pieces.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Garnish with dried fruits and serve.
