Chocolate tart topped with caramelled bananas served jasmin ice cream and wafer
Ingredients:
butter Gr.150
dark chocolate Gr.150
white flour Gr.75
egg yolks N°4
sugar Gr.150
cane sugar Gr.100
Bananas N°5
eggs N°2
jasmin ice cream
wafer Gr.100
Preparation:
Whisk the eggs with sugar melt the butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler
add to the whisked eggs sugar and flour and the melted chocolate butter small
round molds add the batter and place in an oven at 180° for 9 minutes thinly slice
the bananas and add on top of the tart sprinkle with brown cane sugar caramel
with a low flame decorate with the wafer and jasmin ice cream.
