Chocolate tart topped with caramelled bananas served jasmin ice cream and wafer

Whisk the eggs with sugar melt the butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler add to the whisked eggs sugar and flour and the melted chocolate butter small round molds add the batter and place in an oven at 180° for 9 minutes thinly slice the bananas and add on top of the tart sprinkle with brown cane sugar caramel with a low flame decorate with the wafer and jasmin ice cream.
