HELICOPTER EXCURSIONS WITH PERSONAL PILOT

Etna Tour in Helicopter 
Approx. 2 hours
Transfer from the hotel in private auto with bilingual assistant, if requested.  Departure in helicopter (max. 5 passengers) for a spectacular, panoramic 40 minute tour, that includes an ascent along the eastern side of the volcano to Piano Provenzano and then to the crater at 3500 mt. On the flight back an overall view of Taormina and its Greek Theatre. Transfer to the hotel in private auto.

Piazza Armerina and Agrigento Tour in Helicopter 
Approx. 6 hours
Transfer from the hotel in private auto with bilingual assistant, if requested.  Departure in helicopter (max. 5 passengers) with an overall view of Sicily with landing near Piazza Armerina,  transfer in auto to Villa del Casale (world patrimonial UNESCO) to admire its prestigious multicolour mosaic works  of the Roman Age.  Return to the heliport and transfer by helicopter to Agrigento.  Transfer in auto for a visit at Valle dei Templi for a guided tour. Lunch near the site. After lunch, transfer to the heliport and hotel.

Excursion and Helicopter Tour to the Eolie Islands 
Approx. 7 hours
Transfer from the hotel in private auto with bilingual assistant, if requested.  Departure in helicopter (max. 5 passengers) for an unforgettable tour : Taormina, Etna, Vulcano, faraglioni, Lipari, Ginostra e and the crater of Stromboli.  Stop over at Panarea and Lipari and other islands for a brief tour and lunch at a prestigious restaurant. Transfer to Taormina by helicopter and hotel.

Vintage Auto and Wine Cellar Tour
Approx. 5 hours
Departure in a vintage auto with bilingual assistant, if requested, along the coast of Taormina to Acitrezza. A stop over in a local wine cellar with wine tasting.  Transfer to the hotel. This tour is applicable only during the warm, sunny days without possibility of rain.

Northern  Side of Etna and Pasta Making Lesson
Approx. 6 hours
Transfer from the hotel to Etna with jeep and private chauffer with bilingual assistant, if requested. During the transfer on and off road, encounter with typical villages , cultivated areas, forests and lava fields.
Lunch at a typical agritourism with local Sicilian dishes and a lesson on pasta making.

Fishing with Local Fisherman
Approx. 6 hours
Transfer from the hotel beach area in a typical boat and bilingual assistant, if requested. A local fisherman will explain fishing techniques and after the lesson invite you to fish with him. At the end of the lessons, hors d'oeuvres and grilled fish with the locals, your teacher  and assistant.
