PALAZZO MONTEMARTINI: IT WILL

Palazzo Montemartini will be a jewel of contemporary design and classical forms. The exterior of the structure, characterized by the presence of some of the Servian Walls, will be fitted with gardens full of respect for the archeological findings and exploitation. The neo-classical facades with friezes, cornices, travertine pilasters and stucco will be restored and refurbished to bring them back to the ancient splendor. Some internal parts as the former ticket office, administrative offices on the first floor and the stretch of stairs connecting them will be the subject of restoration, that will maintain their characteristics and architectural style but will make them become new points of emotional experiences.
