We would like to provide you with transparent information on the type of cookies used by the www.ragostahotels.com and www.ragostahotels.com sites and how they work.

Definition of "cookie".

As the provider of the booking platform, Blastness Srl would therefore like to inform you firstly that technical cookies are used on the Site to collect information about the way it is used. Blastness will use this information for anonymous statistical analysis, in order to improve the Site's usability and make the contents more interesting and better matched to our users' requirements. This type of cookie collects anonymous data on the user's activities and how they connected to the Site.

For maximum transparency, the following is a list of a series of technical cookies and their specific uses on the Site:
• cookies stored directly on the user/contracting party's device (not to be used for other purposes), such as session cookies used for online bookings through the Site, authentication cookies, customisation cookies (for example, selecting navigation language); these cookies only remain active during the session.
